In order to fix their mistake, the friends embarked on a series of wacky adventures through different eras, meeting famous historical figures and encountering bizarre cultural phenomena along the way.
The time machine, which looked suspiciously like a high-tech hot tub, had a note attached to it that read: "For emergency use only. Press the button to travel through time."
However, things quickly took a turn for the worse. They soon realized that they had accidentally created a rift in the space-time continuum, causing chaos and destruction throughout the timeline.
